Yes. The full loyalty program is free for customers and for cafés. Chup Pro is an optional paid tier for vendors who want analytics and team tools.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Customers use Chup from their phone and show a QR code — no app store download, and no plastic card to lose.
What kinds of businesses can use Chup?
Cafés are the flagship, but restaurants, bubble tea shops, bakeries and other F&B businesses use Chup too.
How do customers collect stamps?
The café scans the customer's member QR code (or looks them up by email) and adds a stamp. After enough stamps, a reward is issued and the card resets.
What is Chup Pro?
An optional paid tier for vendors: analytics, staff accounts that record who stamped, and staff scheduling. The core loyalty program stays free.
